Travel cancellations are governed by airlines, hotels, embassies and service suppliers. Our policy ensures clarity so you always know what to expect.

This Cancellation Policy governs all cancellations related to visa processing, flights, hotels, and holiday packages handled by SAGA LUXURY TOUR N TRAVEL LLP. All cancellation outcomes strictly follow supplier rules.

1. Visa Services

  • Visa applications cannot be cancelled once submitted to the embassy.
  • Fees paid for visa processing are non-refundable.
  • Any delay, rejection, or administrative hold is under embassy control.

2. Flight Tickets

Flight cancellations are governed entirely by the airline rules.

  • Cancellation penalty varies by fare type (Refundable / Non-Refundable).
  • Some fares do not allow cancellation at all.
  • Date changes may include fare difference + airline charges.
  • No-show bookings are treated as fully non-refundable.

3. Hotels & Packages

  • Refund and cancellation rates depend on the hotel, travel season, and booking window.
  • Peak season bookings often have 100% cancellation penalties.
  • Any operational expense already incurred will be deducted.
  • No show or last-minute cancellation may lead to zero refund.

4. No-Show Policy

  • A no-show is when a traveler does not turn up for the flight/hotel/package.
  • No-show bookings are considered non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling may not be allowed for no-show cases.

5. Cancellation Procedure

Cancellations are processed only after verifying supplier rules.

6. Service Charges

  • Service charges, convenience fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Urgent service fees or documentation fees are also non-refundable.

7. Refund After Cancellation

Refunds (if applicable) follow supplier timelines, usually between 7–30 business days depending on the service partner.

8. Payment Gateway Fees

  • Payment gateway convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • Any chargeback initiated without valid reason may be legally contested.

9. Special Cases

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions may affect refund eligibility.
  • Rescheduling during emergencies depends on supplier approval.
  • Refunds for partially used services may not be applicable.
