3. Visa Disclaimer

  • Visa approval is solely at the embassy’s discretion
  • Processing time varies by embassy and workload
  • Visa fees and SAGA service charges are strictly non-refundable
  • Incorrect information may lead to delays or rejection

4. Booking Confirmation

All bookings depend on live availability. Prices may vary until final confirmation. Airlines, hotels, and suppliers may modify services based on their operational rules.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Full or advance payment is required for bookings
  • Processing begins only after successful payment
  • Gateway/Bank convenience fees may apply
  • Digital invoices are shared post-payment

Secure Payment Gateway

All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways such as Razorpay/PayU/Stripe. We do not store card information, CVV, or banking details.

Fraud Protection

  • Suspicious transactions may be withheld or canceled
